Kelly Trocki

Client Services Coordinator

Contact me:

Kelly joined the firm in March, 2012 as Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to the Team. She was promoted to Client Services Coordinator and Compliance Assistant in August of 2016. Prior to joining the firm she was the Administrative Assistant for two Certified Financial Planners® who owned a wealth management firm in Manchester, N.H.

As Client Services Coordinator, Kelly is responsible for onboarding clients to the Spraker Wealth Management investment platform:  consolidating statements, opening new accounts, document processing, and following up with the Schwab Institutional Service Team to ensure a smooth and efficient, trouble-free transition, whether the assets are annuities, mutual funds, stocks, bonds, cash, or old life insurance policy cash values.  She is

responsible for servicing all client accounts, including client additions to or withdrawal from their annuities, IRAs, trusts, joint accounts or individual accounts.

Kelly oversees the maintenance and accuracy of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information, documenting as needed client personal information, client estate plan updates,   beneficiary designations, and a multitude of other key data points.

As Compliance Assistant she maintains compliance related reporting documents required by the Securities and Exchange Commission on a quarterly and annual basis.

Kelly and her husband, Paul, moved to Apopka, FL  from Weare, N.H.  An interesting tidbit of history for them: in the 90′s, they owned a bakery in Derry, N.H., where, according to Kelly, “We did everything required to run a company while baking from scratch for both a retail and wholesale business. We also catered for office parties.” Now, they are enjoying the Florida lifestyle, especially the beaches. Kelly loves doing anything outdoors-gardening, bike riding, paddle boarding, and downhill skiing to name a few. In the past year she became a serious yoga enthusiast but her favorite sport is playing with their 16 pound, Maine “Coon” cat, Boo Boo.

Financial Planner

Contact me:

Eric joined the firm the first business day of 2018 after leaving his financial planning position at Northwest Mutual Life Insurance Company in Orlando. He is responsible for creating and updating all Personal Financial Plans for Spraker Wealth Management clients, and writes the Financial Planning Corner for the SWM Client Quarterly Commentary and website Commentary Blog.

Eric is heavily involved in tax planning with John West, calculating and ensuring annual IRA required minimum distributions (RMDs) and qualified charitable distributions (QCDs) are accurate and complete by year end; also reviewing client tax returns for errors and omissions. Eric assists the Client Services Coordinator with the client service responsibilities for both new & existing clients including opening accounts, initiating and ensuring complete asset transfers from other custodians, and reviewing completeness for beneficiary information on retirement accounts. Eric also assists the Trading Department, reviewing trade orders and placing buys and sells, as needed.

Eric became interested in financial planning while assisting his parents with their finances and estate planning during his father’s battle with Parkinson’s disease and dementia. He saw all the things they did well but also areas where they could have improved. This was the catalyst for his desire to help others with their financial future, and ultimately led to his joining Northwestern Mutual in 2017. There, he was responsible for bringing in new clients and doing financial plans for them.

Eric’s motivation for joining Spraker Wealth Management was the ability to be on a long-term career track, to  work with a team devoted to consistent, high level client communication to help them articulate and prioritize their life goals, organize their financial data, and consult on strategies to achieve those goals. He sees the Personal Financial Plan as a living document and knows the importance and reward of clear financial decision-making processes throughout both working and retirement years.

Eric received a B.A. in Education from the University of Kentucky in 2004 and the Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University in May, 2020. In October, 2020 he became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He is currently an MBA Candidate at Boston University's Questrom School of Business and is excited for this next step towards becoming an Advisor of the firm.

Eric and his wife, Jaimie, live in Longwood with their two sons and two rescue dogs,  a part Havanese and an American Bulldog-Boxer mix. He enjoys bike riding, walking the dogs, and hanging out by the pool. He is an avid South Eastern Conference fan, especially Kentucky basketball, and also painfully follows the Cincinnati Bengals and Reds. One of his recent sports highlights was attending the 2019 Citrus Bowl where UK beat Penn State.
